1. What can I expect during my sessions with you?

Our sessions will be friendly, lighthearted and relaxed. I will begin by guiding you into the peace of the present moment with a simple exercise and from this safe space we will begin exploring this issue of yours as a team! Once we have fully explored your issue I will guide you through some exercises which will help you to release old belief systems and behavioural patterns which are causing this anxiety to exist. In most cases positive changes are noticed within the first session.

2. Does online video call work well for this?

Yes absolutely and after a long time serving clients up and down the UK including some international clients we have found this to be the most convenient method of working together with equal success to face to face sessions. Think no travel costs or therapy room rental fees which helps keep the costs down for you whilst allowing you to relax in the safety and comfort of your own home.
