Dear Reader,
 
When I first started working with emetophobia clients, I noticed something that deeply concerned me. So many people were suffering in silence, believing their fear of sick was "silly" or that they should "just get over it." They'd tried various therapies, spent countless hours in traditional counseling, or been told to "face their fears" through exposure therapy - often making their anxiety even worse.

What struck me most was how this phobia was affecting everyday moments that should bring joy - a family meal out, a child's birthday party, a holiday, or even just a regular day at work. I saw talented, capable people putting their lives on hold because traditional approaches weren't addressing the real roots of emetophobia.

This is why I became so passionate about developing a different approach. I wanted to create a method that actually works - one that doesn't just teach you to "cope" with your fear, but actually helps you transform your relationship with it entirely. Through years of specialised work in this field, I've seen hundreds of people reclaim their lives from emetophobia, often after believing change wasn't possible for them.
 
What brings me the most joy is receiving messages from past clients telling me about the moments they've reclaimed - the family holiday they finally took, the promotion they accepted that requires speaking more in meetings, the pregnancy they're enjoying instead of dreading, or simply the peace they feel putting their children to bed without worrying about night-time sickness.

After years of working with various therapeutic approaches (including CBT, Counselling Skills, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and NLP), I've co-developed something that works differently. Frequently Asked Questions

Does online video call work well for this?

Yes absolutely. After a long time serving clients across the world, we have found this to be the most convenient method of working together with equal success to in-person sessions.

 

We've helped people who have never used online video call before and once they are online it's as natural for them now as a telephone call. This means that you too can remove your phobia from the comfort of your own home.

When can I expect results?

Most people experience positive results within the first 90 minutes of working together and the rest of the sessions together are used for any fine-tuning which may be required.

The kind of results you can expect are a sense of relief and a release of tension and anxiety. It's not uncommon for our clients to move from a place of fear around the specific threat to feeling curious and even excited for the next time they see it again.


Usually, this takes place with penny-dropping moments, new realisations and discovering more about yourself which shift old fear-based beliefs.

But other therapy hasn't helped in the past?

"Keep knocking on doors until the right one opens"

Many of my clients have paid for treatment which has been unsuccessful in the past such as:


CBT. Talking therapy. Hypnotherapy. NLP. Other phobia therapies.

In fact, numerous people have come to us after seeing

6 or more therapists before they finally get the results they were searching for.

My approach is gentle and highly effective for achieving quick person-centred results. I work with both your cognitive thoughts and your subconscious beliefs and physical body reactions in your nervous system. This approach does not utilise the classical "close your eyes and imagine yourself walking down some stairs..." approach, which often does not work for phobias.

What can I expect during the sessions?

The sessions together are friendly and relaxed. It provides you a safe space for self-reflection and expression of what is really going on for you on the inside.


I will ask you questions to help you discover more about yourself and the current challenge which you are struggling with whilst guiding you towards clarity

New ideas, perspectives, and beliefs will begin to naturally emerge as we resolve the reasons you are experiencing that phobic response.
