Hi, I'm Nicole :)

I specialise in helping people break free from Emetophobia quickly and effectively.

I graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing in 2006 and completed further training at master-level in both NLP and Hypnosis in 2017.

I then spent a further 8 years developing the Phobia to Freedom Programme, combining the most powerful elements of reducing / eliminating fear, belief restructuring and acute phobic reactions into one focused approach.

Many of my clients are fed-up of missing precious moments with their loved ones. They are done with skipping events and constant excuse making. 

They yearn to wake up feeling refreshed without any racing thoughts about sick and dream of going into a restaurant and ordering whatever they like, sitting anywhere and laughing freely whilst enjoying the company they are with.

 

Almost all of my clients want nothing more than to be able to do what they want to do, when they want to do it and enjoy the normal things in life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does online video call work well for this?

Yes absolutely. After a long time serving clients across the world, we have found this to be the most convenient method of working together with equal success to in-person sessions.

 

We've helped people who have never used online video call before and once they are online it's as natural for them now as a telephone call. This means that you too can remove your phobia from the comfort of your own home.

When can I expect results?

Most people experience positive results within the first 90 minutes of working together and the rest of the sessions together are used for any fine-tuning which may be required.

The kind of results you can expect are a sense of relief and a release of tension and anxiety. It's not uncommon for our clients to move from a place of fear around the specific threat to feeling curious and even excited for the next time they see it again.


Usually, this takes place with penny-dropping moments, new realisations and discovering more about yourself which shift old fear-based beliefs.

But other therapy hasn't helped in the past?

Many of my clients have paid for treatment which has been unsuccessful in the past such as:


CBT. Talking therapy. Hypnotherapy. NLP. Other phobia therapies.

In fact, numerous people have come to us after seeing

My approach is gentle and highly effective for achieving quick person-centred results. I work with both your cognitive thoughts and your subconscious beliefs and physical body reactions in your nervous system. This approach does not utilise the classical "close your eyes and imagine yourself walking down some stairs..." approach, which often does not work for phobias.
